I’m excited to announce that I have launched a new series of weekly online mat yoga therapy classes designed to support your well-being from the comfort of your own home.
Each session will focus on supportive practices, incorporating gentle shapes, breath work, and meditations. We’ll also enjoy a relaxing wind-down at the end of each class.
New practices will be released every Thursday.
