I’m excited to announce that I have launched some online mat & chair Yoga classes designed to support your wellbeing from the comfort of your own home.
Each session will focus on supportive practices, incorporating gentle shapes, breath work, and meditations. We’ll also enjoy a relaxing wind-down at the end of each class.
